About me:

In addition to being an actor, I'm also a certified yoga instructor, PADI certified scuba diver, and have been a vegetarian since 2008. I love going on adventures, going to theme parks, all music from the golden age of musical theatre, shakespeare, archaeology, and good beer. I enjoy organizing refrigerators and cabinets (virgo), wash my hair in the bath tub like an old lady, and love earl grey tea. I am a very curious person and seek to know people and what their lives are like. I like to disect why things are the way they are and how things work or are made. In gradeschool, people made fun of me for asking way too many questions. Growing up, I lived in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Minnesota, and Georgia. My mom was Catholic, my dad Jewish, I was raised Unitarian Universalist, and went to an Episcopal school, then yoga school.  Both of my parents are in medicine; my dad is a reproductive endocrinologist and my mom is a gerontologist, and they taught sex ed... together... at my church. Awkward. I've always been better at math and science than english and history, which really comes in handy in my chosen career path. I'm embarassed to say, one of my favorite classes in college was financial accounting. My major was musical theatre. I have kept a poetry journal since middle school and I talk very loudly in public places when I get excited. I am extremely observant, sometimes so observant to one thing that I'm completely oblivious to another thing, oops. I can tap dance pretty well. I have been described as analytical, calm, empathetic, detail oriented, complicated, elegant, fragile, opinionated, logical, mysterious, sensitive, sophisticated, odd, tenacious, and wistful. I currently reside in studio city with my hubby, classical singer Chris Mann, and our french bulldog, Gus. In my spare time I do handjobs for money! Don't get too excited... I am a hand model. Yes, yes, just like George from Seinfeld. See the link above and be impressed. Fallback career ideas: Marine Biology, Paleontology, or Neuro Surgery.
